A product designer

I have 3 years of experience shipping B2C products, specializing in creating innovative, user-centric solutions across multiple platforms. My passion lies in designing products that not only positively impact users' lives but also align with business goals.

Currently, as a product designer at Reframe, I focus on native mobile apps and user-centered web experiences. My ecommerce and healthtech background helps me design with empathy and understand diverse user needs, enhancing engagement and impact.

I hold degrees in Human-Computer Interaction from the California College of the Arts and Fashion Marketing from Parsons School of Design. My academic background, combined with industry experience, gives me a strong foundation in design thinking and user research, enabling me to seamlessly blend business and user needs in my work.

Originally from Taiwan and now based in Brooklyn, New York. Outside of work, you'll find me immersing myself in music, exploring the great outdoors, and always can’t say no to a road trip.

Who is adaptive, connective, and supportive

Instead of being a towering mountain, I see myself as fungi — connecting, supporting, and balancing the stakeholders within an ecosystem.

Travel has always been a big part of my life as I am always curious about the unseen and unknown. I've always been interested in learning about people, cultures, cities, and nature through travel. I’ve been to 32 states in the U.S. and 13 countries in the world, and hopefully those numbers will grow over the years to come.

Here is my journey 👀

✈️ Taiwan to the U.S.

After receiving my bachelor's degree from Tamkang University (majoring in Chinese Literature with a minor in Business), I worked in retail at Zara, PRADA, and Allsaints in Taiwan for 2 years. It was during this time that I developed an interest in fashion and branding, which led me to pursue my passion in the big apple!
